Our co-founders bought a car park. They looked for a car park operator that could setup payment systems and control the few drivers that didn’t pay. They wanted help and advice on how to grow the parking revenue.
Our personal experience of using other car park operators left us feeling low and at times exasperated. Despite the promises made, all the operators were interested in was alienating as many of our customers as they could by issuing increasing numbers of PCNs. We tried some different car park operators, but under the surface they were all the same.
No thought was given to either the drivers, or to us as landowners. Our customers were becoming less loyal, and we struggled to get even basic information on revenue to help us make sensible decisions to run our car park business.
